We never thought that someone so young could do such a great job helping us to rent out our house. Natasha was recommended to us by our previous (equaly amazing) agent who moved east, and that was the right call - thanks Nadia! We worked with multiple agents over the years, some were good, some terrible (looking only for their own interests), so we were wondering how Natasha would turn out. From the beginning Natasha showed that she is actively listening to us, and took extended steps to show us she was with us and for us. Of course, many agents are sweet-talking and over-promissing until they get a contract signed with them for the first couple of weeks, then they change course. Natasha didn't - even after some offers that we declined she kept bringing the new ones, vetting the applicants (she even advised against some), while at all times providing rational and objective advice without being pushy. She also recommended a couple of contractors for some work that needed to be done around the house, and even helped us prune overgrown bushes in our garden, no charge! She has also kept constant and timely communication, which for us being curently out of Canada, was very important. Never have we felt ignored or kept in the dark with what was happening. Natasha also understood that our house was not just some investment rental that we have, but our home that we are renting out, and searched for tenants who seemed most likely to take care of it as their own. She had put herself in our position, and we were amazed to see that the list of proposed addendums to the rental contract she came with had about 85% of the things we had on our own list which we were just meaning to present to her. Professional, thoughtfull and effective - more than two thumbs up for Natasha!
